United States Navy, Hawaii National Guard Reserves, and United States Coast Guard Auxiliary 1975-2004
1981-1987 Broker President Great American Development Corp with projects in Atlantic City, New Jersey
and Salt lake City, Utah. Approx 20 Million USD in Property Developed, Converted, and Sold.
1987-2004 Broker and President Bobby Brooks Intl Ltd. Mergers and Acquisitions of Texas REO from Banks
purchasing 450 apartments units for refurbishment and cash flow. Sold to Korean American Investment Firms.
2004-2007 Managing Director Siam Partners Ltd. Thailand. Manager and Owner of Hotel Property in Jomtien
sold Hotel and Company in November 06, and resigned as Managing Director in February 2007.
2007- 2008 International and Marketing Development JP Property Sales.
2008- Present: Director and GM of Bobby Brooks Property Advisor Co, Ltd.
